Entrepreneurial Management
The Entrepreneurial Management major provides students with skills, analytical tools, perspectives, and experiences that prepare them for careers as autonomous entrepreneurs, family-business entrepreneurs, or entrepreneurs in corporate settings.
The Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Management (BSEM) is a four-year degree program designed to provide students with an in-depth understanding of the process of developing a business, running a business, and legal and ethical issues of business ownership. The program trains students in the conceptualization, planning, and formulation of a business, as well as teaching important aspects of business operations such as budgeting and financial forecasting, accounting, strategic marketing, and human resource management.
Objective
- The major objective of the program is to help students create an organizational framework and put into practice the entrepreneurial management that fosters entrepreneurial culture and practices at all levels of the organization.
- Enable students to develop practical knowledge, skills and attitudes essential to accomplish entrepreneurial activity.
